SplutterFish Image License and Release Form
The still image(s) and/or reel(s) (the Images) described below were created by or for the Releasing Party in part using SplutterFish products. The Releasing Party, represented by the undersigned, hereby grants to SplutterFish, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute the Images described below in any and all formats, for all advertising, marketing, sample files, and/or other promotional purposes.
SplutterFish acknowledges and agrees that all rights, title and interest, including copyright relating to the Images, are the sole property of, or have been licensed to, the Releasing Party, and the Releasing Party hereby represents that all necessary releases and waiver of moral rights have been obtained in respect of the Images, and that the Releasing Party has full authority to confer this license to SplutterFish. It is agreed that SplutterFish shall not sell the Images or any of the materials created using the Images, and that no payment of any kind shall be due by SplutterFish to the Releasing Party or any third-party, for the use and reproduction of the Images for the purposes stated herein. Notwithstanding the above, SplutterFish may charge a fee to recover production costs for course, training and/or educational materials containing such Images. The Releasing Party agrees that SplutterFish shall have the right to provide the Images described below to its business partners for use in conjunction with their publicity materials.
The appropriate credit, as approved below by the Releasing Party, shall be accorded to the Releasing Party in connection with the use of the Images.
