IRC Chatroom: SplutterFish also hosts an IRC chat server at irc.splutterfish.com:5999, where you'll find many cool and talented Brazil artists. To use our web-based IRC client, you'll need a Java-capable browser.
Email: If all else fails, you're welcome to drop an email to our business office (contact@splutterfish.com) and we'll see that your question gets forwarded to someone that can help.
Phone: Unfortunately SplutterFish does not generally offer direct phone support, but will be available by phone in times of crisis to licensed artists. Our technical helpers work from various online location around the world, making organization of phone support largely impractical. Try our forums or IRC server -- you might be surprised how quickly you'll get a response.

If you are a commercial licensee of Brazil™ and need assistance with installation or licensing, you may email auth@splutterfish.com with a description of the problem. One of our staff will be glad to help. If you're seeing a specific error code, include that in the email address and we will get you up and running ASAP.
