Just FYI, while at Siggraph I took 2 Max Developers (who have knowledge of other packages) over to speak with Steve at the Caustic Booth. From what I can tell the conversations went well, with both sides showing interest. Hopefully efforts like this will help bring the Brazil SDK as a commercial product to 3ds Max, and other packages. Outside of that I spent a lot of time talking with Steve and Cuneyt. Steve did say that they will continue to maintain Brazil for future releases even when code changes are required by 3ds Max SDK breaks, so it does sound like Brazil 2.1 will be around for a while longer for 3ds Max users.

If you know a Max (or other application) developer, maybe try and get them to talk with Caustic and see if they can help out. The more options out there means the better a chance we will see a product for that application as a result.
